Ego rules us by fear, being the problem solver, it must create trouble with everything. Nothing can be acceptable and right. There is never going to be love in that, because there cannot be fear and love at the same time. We destroy love with our fear.
If we follow and trust love (our hearts), we are going to be led in directions fear cannot take us. The only way Ego knows to do life is to constantly repeat what is familiar and known. That is not living…it is taking up space and air and existing, unhappily and without joy. I have done both, it is not good.
But heart, now THAT is something! It is laughter and adventure and daring and double-daring and jumping off cliffs and learning to fly.
It is trusting that we are here to fly. That we are here to dare and dare again. We may not reach the thing we are jumping for, but we will still fly. And we will be exhilarated and alive! That is wonderful. No matter what we THINK life will be rich and full and new every day. And the laughter…omg! It is so much fun to laugh like that…to enjoy the moment, to live the moment, to love the moment…to love life! There is no other way to do this thing….though the stars walk backwards…
