Amen! It is so easy to see who is living in Faith and who is living in Ego. Especially when they are in some form of relationship, job, or economic insecurity. All tools of Ego.
I cannot bash this, because it has provided me with steady employment over these many years. And it is a sad way to live. I have had it both ways. And I love my life today.
I get to do the most wonderful and breath-taking things every day. I live in a beautiful place…and I know the beauty of every place I have ever lived. No matter where I am, the world around me is waiting to be discovered and explored. I love that! So out I go…and the universe provides me with miracle after miracle…all I must do is pay attention.
That is the way of Faith…and the way of Ego…whomever you pay attention to will take over your life. And that is all you will have. There is no balance of both…it will not work. Who are you letting run the world today?
